Brandon Lee Baker

Brandon Baker has a successful reputation for helping those who want to improve their current condition whether it is financially or dealing with the complex legal system. During his career he has assisted in a case settlement giving his client over a million dollars, received several six figure settlements, two of which coming from the IRS and has spent numerous hours with clients to focus on their situation.

Brandon's aggressive and persistent style of representation comes from his background as and active duty member of the United States Marine Corps. While in the service he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Campbell University and then went on to graduate with his J.D. from Willamette University School of Law. During law school he was a member of the Moot Court Board and participated in many competitive trials, earning semi-finalist at the Universities Don Turner Competition.

In his current practice, Brandon Baker is admitted to practice in Utah District Courts, the United States District Court, United States Bankruptcy Court, United States Tax Court, and the Utah State Supreme Court. He is an active member of many professional organizations, including the Utah Association of Justice, Litigation Section, and Utah Bar Association.
