紫外打标工艺是利用紫外光和材料发生光化学反应而导致颜色发生改变来实现,采用适当的参数可以避免在材料表面产生明显的去除效应,因而可以标记出没有明显触感的图形和字符。

虽然紫外激光对金属和非金属都可以进行标记,但是由于成本因素,一般用光纤激光器标记金属材料,而用紫外激光标记表面质量要求高、CO2难以实现的产品,和CO2形成高低搭配。

绿光打标工艺和紫外激光一样是利用绿光和材料发生光化学反应而导致颜色发生改变来实现,采用适当的参数可以避免在材料表面产生明显的去除效应,因而可以标记出没有明显触感的图形和字符,PCB板表面一般有一层掩锡层,通常会有很多种颜色,绿光激光与其反应效果很好,标刻出来的图形非常清晰细腻。
